Everyone knows they should be having a good exercise
Workout to be healthy n happy, but did you know your
workouts should be "Aerobic Exercise with Anaerobic
Exercise" to feel your best? When it comes right
down to it, aerobic exercise along with anaerobic exercise
is a great combination. You are getting your heart rate
pumping with the aerobic exercise, and with the anaerobic
exercise you are allowing yourself to do strength training,
which is also very important for your body’s health.

workouts, myself I alternate my exercise workouts with Aerobic
one day and then Anaerobic the next time I workout but be
sure you allow enough rest time as well since this is when our
muscles benefit the most from our workouts the most.

have a quicker recovery I drink protein drinks after each workout,
protein gives us the energy our bodies need to be strong and have
good endurance throughout our day. I really wish to stress be sure
you have enough rest time if you wish to get the most benefit from
your workouts, if your like me and wish to workout most day then
its best to alternate Aerobics and Anaerobic workouts every other
day with at least two days rest sometime during your week. You
must experiment how much rest you need during your week so your
not over workingout which is only putting increase stress on your
body and your not benefitting anything and could possibly losing
so this is very important and its best to start out with easy workouts
then too strenuous workouts and causing injury to your body.
