Since it seems its so much easier for us to think negative then postive,
lets think negative today and see if we can use this to our advantage
in a natural way?
Thinking about negative people,what are some of their habits which
causes them to be unhappy,unhealthy and usually think of themselves
as a failure in their life?
1. Negative Attitude:
How our lives are or become is really all in how we think of ourselves and our lives,
most people who are not happy and healthy usually think the worse about everything
and when we programme our minds to think this way that is how our lives are bound
to be.So we can turn this to our advantage by doing just the opposite of how we are
thinking and acting when its in a negative way, our minds are a powerful tool we use
more for negative then positive thinking in our lives.
2. Another biggie is when we stop wishing to learn to grow by learning new things or
trying new things to spice up our lives from time to time.It can be as simple as changing
our routine by possibly walking everyday or walking in a new place for a new scenic
atmosphere.Changing our diets to eating more healthy, its whatever will improve your
own atmosphere or happier in your life.
3. There are two kinds of failures:
"Those who thought and never did, those who did and never thought"
We all must have a game plan for our lives to be happy n healthy, remember there is
never anything wrong with revising a plan but only wrong with me just give up when
our plans do not work well for us.
4. This one can break us or make us, many people especially the older we become
are not easily welcome to changes in our lives. Changes are much like revising our
plans, there is never nothing wrong with changes as long as they are positive ones
and benefit us now or in the near future.
5. People who can not relate well to others usually are pretty much alone in the world,
we all need a good support system in our lives. Many of us have a poor support system
or one which hinders us rather then benefits us, so we must chose our support system
very carefully.
6. I am at fault many times myself with this one, you must take risks in life to improve
and benefit in the future. There are good risks and bad risks, when we choose bad
risks over and over it only sets us back or can even destroy us at times.We must have
confidence in ourselves, self esteem is a very powerful tool and more often then not
our self confidence and self esteem can be damaged very easily by having the wrong
people in our lives as in number 5.
