Over the years I have often wondered about why some people just naturally smile more then others, are you one of those people who smile more often then others or are you one of those people who smile less often? I do not need to look up no statistics or research to know I am one of the those who smiles much less often then the majority of other people. All my life, even as a boy I have not felt extremely happy or smiled much as I can remember. In fact even when I am happy I really don't smile easily, but other people can give me a reason to smile more then any other reason....giving to others and seeing I have given them a reason to be happy or if they have been down raised their spirits even for that given moment I can't help to smile as well. When I am out and passing others if they are smiling, I will often smile back without even thinking about it as I am sure many of you do the same without possibly even knowing your doing it? Did you ever wonder if it takes so many more muscles as they say to frown then smile why its so much easier to frown, I think I figured that answer out maybe its because frowning your mouth is going downhill and smiling it must go uphill so actually it is a bit harder even if it does take less muscles its not as easy for us to do. As I shared with you in my last post I am more of a serious person, most of the time I am not seen as a sad or happy person but possibly many people see me as not a friendly person when out in public because of my appearance to others of being unfriendly when I am just the complete opposite. Smiles are a very important part of our body language to meet new people and make new friends, without them life is very lonely but it is not so easy to fake a smile you either can smile or you can't smile most of the time.
